Working toward life changes is a challenging endeavor for which we need time, care, encouragement and guidance. When difficult experiences and current stages of life thrust us into complex dilemmas, we need a support system to help in our emotional growth. Becoming a member of a small psychotherapy group can teach skills, increase awareness, develop inner strength and bring healing. Taking responsibility for one's life means more than deciding to make positive changes. Having a support network that can assist you in making those changes a reality is helpful.

The group will provide an atmosphere of intimacy, acceptance, introspection, understanding and interpersonal honesty. Within this setting each person will face their individual concerns and will be provided with a new repertoire of skills to carry into all interpersonal relationships and all new endeavors of life.

Group therapy enables all its participants to increase their self-esteem, to gain a sense of personal direction, and to set and accomplish meaningful goals.
